Meet the Bartenders

In the later years, Asano found a job as a bartender when he changed his career direction and in 2014, Asano joined The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto, soon after its opening. He has been leading The Bar as head bartender since 2016. He has challenged himself in various cocktail competitions and won the top prize in Japan. Asano's original cocktails are made with local ingredients, which he carefully selects and creates unique and artistic cocktails that have earned him a solid reputation.
