Is parking available for a fee?
A multi-level parking garage is available on the hotel premises, and valet parking service is also available.
Parking is ¥1,200 per hour.
Restaurant guests who spend ¥10,000 or more in a single transaction are eligible for complimentary parking for up to two hours. Please note that parking exceeding two hours will incur an additional charge of ¥1,200 per hour. -
Is the bar entirely non-smoking?
All restaurants within the hotel, including private dining rooms, are non-smoking. Guests are kindly requested to use the designated smoking area near the hotel’s main entrance.

Are there any age restrictions?
The Bar is available exclusively to guests aged 20 and above.

Is there a dress code?
The dress code is “Casual Elegance.”

Is photography allowed?
Photography is permitted for personal use. When taking photos outside of private rooms, please be considerate of other guests and refrain from using flash photography.
Please refrain from using tripods or other equipment that may disrupt the atmosphere of the restaurant or affect our service.
If your photography is intended for purposes other than personal use, such as corporate promotion or marketing materials, please contact the hotel’s Public Relations department. -
Can I make a reservation?
The Bar does not accept reservations. We will accommodate guests in the order of arrival.

Are the restaurants and restrooms accessible for guests with disabilities?
All restaurants, bars, and lounges are step-free and accessible for guests using wheelchairs. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available on the lobby level and the second basement level.

Are the member benefits of The Ritz-Carlton Osaka and Tokyo applicable?
Please note that Frequent Diner Program cards, dining vouchers, gift certificates, and other member discounts from The Ritz-Carlton Osaka and Tokyo cannot be used.
